December 28, 2022 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Roadman Investments Corp. (TSXV: LITT) (“Roadman” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated December 19, 2022, the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV“) has approved the Company’s name change from Roadman Investments Corp. to Right Season Investments Corp. (the “Name Change“). In connection with the Name Change, it is anticipated that trading in the common shares of the Company will commence on the TSXV under the new name at the open of markets on January 3, 2023, under the same ticker symbol “LITT”.
The CUSIP number assigned to the Company’s common shares under its new name will be 76658Q107 (ISIN: CA76658Q1072).
Holders of common share and warrant certificates in the Company’s prior name do not need to take any action as a result of the Name Change.
