On November 4, 2022, the Company purchased 1,470,588 units of bettermoo(d) (each, a “bettermoo(d) Unit”) at a price of $0.34 per bettermoo(d) Unit by way of private placement for an aggregate purchase price of $500,000. Each bettermoo(d) Unit is comprised of one common share of bettermoo(d) (a “bettermoo(d) Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “bettermoo(d) Warrant”). Each bettermoo(d) Warrant entitles the Company to purchase an additional bettermoo(d) Share at a price of $0.45 per bettermoo(d) Share for a period of thirty-six (36) months from issuance.
On November 4, 2022, the Company purchased 347,222 units of Grounded (each, a “Grounded Unit”) at a price of $0.72 per Grounded Unit by way of private placement for an aggregate purchase price of $250,000. Each Grounded Unit is comprised of one common share of Grounded (a “Grounded Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “Grounded Warrant”). Each Grounded Warrant entitles the Company to purchase an additional Grounded Share at a price of $0.90 per Grounded Share for a period of thirty-six (36) months from issuance.
