VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Urban Select Capital Corporation (TSXV: CH)(FWB: 1QD) (“Urban Select” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its intention to change its name to “Roadman Investments Corp.”. The new trading symbol will be “LITT” on the TSX Venture Exchange. The name change and new trading symbol are expected to be effective on April 5, 2019.

The Company is also pleased to announce it has undertaken comprehensive corporate rebranding initiatives to coincide with the planned name and trading symbol changes.
