The Company purchased 3,030,303 units of bettermoo(d) (each, a “bettermoo(d) Unit”) at a price of $0.33 per bettermoo(d) Unit by way of private placement for an aggregate purchase price of $1,000,000. Each bettermoo(d) Unit is comprised of one common share of bettermoo(d) (a “bettermoo(d) Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “bettermoo(d) Warrant”). Each bettermoo(d) Warrant entitles the Company to purchase an additional bettermoo(d) Share at a price of $0.41 per bettermoo(d) Share for a period of twenty-four (24) months from issuance.
